Returns Return conditions may vary depending on the product. Please contact us before returning any item so we can guide you through the process.

Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items cannot be returned.

How to Return Contact us at maisonfashionstore@gmail.com with your order number, the product name and your reason for return. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, your money will be refunded within 14 days back to your original payment method. No questions asked. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item contact us immediately at maisonfashionstore@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number.
