How long does delivery take? We deliver worldwide in 5-10 business days. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email.
Where do you ship to? We ship worldwide! No matter where you are in the world we will deliver your MAISON pieces straight to your door.
Can I track my order? Yes! Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy? We accept returns on all unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached. Contact us at hello@maisonlondon.com to start your return.
How long does a refund take? Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 30 days back to your original payment method.
What if my item arrives damaged? Contact us immediately at hello@maisonlondon.com with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund within 24 hours.

How do I find my size? Check our size guide on each product page for detailed measurements. If you are between sizes we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
What materials do you use? All MAISON pieces are crafted from premium natural fibres including linen, wool, silk and cashmere. We source ethically from suppliers across Europe.
How do I care for my MAISON pieces? We recommend dry cleaning or gentle hand washing in cold water for all pieces. Lay flat to dry to maintain the shape and quality of the fabric.
Are your clothes sustainable? Yes. Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do at MAISON. We use only natural fibres, work with ethical suppliers and design pieces that are made to last a lifetime — not a season.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All payments are 100% secure.
How do I use a discount code? Enter your discount code at checkout in the promo code field and click apply. The discount will be automatically deducted from your total.
